William Bundy is an operating executive, transformation leader, and author with more than two decades of experience improving complex businesses. His career spans portfolio-company transformation, interim executive leadership, operational diligence, carve-outs, and performance improvement.
He has served as a Chief Transformation Officer and held senior roles at McKinsey, AlixPartners, and Bain & Company. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Wharton School, William brings an operator’s bias: simplify the problem, establish accountability, and move.
